Data Protection, Forwarding & Consultation Consent
By submitting your data via our insurance forms, you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions of Zagi Group:
1. Data Collection and Processing
You consent to Zagi Group collecting, storing, and processing the data you provide for the purpose of creating offers, providing advice, and comparing insurance.
2. Forwarding to Partners, Brokers, and Insurance Companies
To provide you with suitable offers, you agree that Zagi Group may forward your data directly to relevant insurance companies and health insurers in Switzerland, or to licensed cooperation partners and independent insurance brokers. You also explicitly consent that these partners are authorized to forward your data to the respective insurance companies for the purpose of obtaining offers.
3. Contact for Consultation
You agree to be contacted by Zagi Group or the aforementioned partners and brokers via phone, email, SMS, or messenger services to discuss offers or complete missing information.
4. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information provided by you is truthful and complete. Incorrect information may lead to faulty offers or the loss of insurance coverage.
5. Data Protection, Archiving, and Revocation
Your data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). To protect against unjustified claims and for evidence preservation in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), this consent is archived for 10 years. You have the right at any time to request information about your stored data or to revoke your consent with future effect by email.
